Sorry about my english I'm learning to speak the lenguage hehehe but please I need to know cause' I actually bougth the hair to do my box braids and in my country it is a little bit expensive so.... Can You help me to know more about this hair style? 😁
@@diamondanderson2592How long did it take you to get it right is it really hard to braid for the first time bc I wanna know what to expect so I’m not disappointed lol 😂
It depends on the type of braiding hair you use when you’re asking how many packs. Some hair is thick density wise (Spectra) for example and it has 3 bundles in a pack. Other brands have one bundle and not as dense. FYI... just depends on the brand of braiding hair you choose! Great video btw!

Today is February 14th, 2023 and you did a beautiful job on her hair. It also would have been nice with the ends curly. God's continued love and blessings to you and everyone.
I was wondering if this method stays in long. Because in the past I've had my hair braided an lost mad edges so now I'm afraid the get it done again. Tell I saw this being done for the first time.
No it wouldn't slide off I do someone hair like that already and it hold tight even more tight than when you would have do it from the root not tight to pain but holds better.
I had my hair recently braided like this. About three weeks in. The rubber band is beginning to show. Is this normal? In all the years I've had my hair braided, I've never had rubber bands put in before. Is it damaging to the hair? Do I pull the rubber band out when it breaks and is exposed??
Yes. This is normal, because of hair growth. I would not recommend pulling the rubber bands out, as this could cause the braids to slip out. I use this method when braiding my hair. I have to redo the braids about every three weeks because of the rubber bands showing. I haven’t had any damage to my hair. Hope this helps. 😊
I use the thread/hair rack to pull all of my pieces into the size I need before I start braiding. You must get a feel for the sizes your pulling each time you pull for your box braids, then pull in smaller pieces for the scalp braids. Everytime you pull from the bundle it will become more and more familiar to you on the sizes your grabbing
I recommend before u put Dem in your hair get like coconut oil r carrot r sum type of oil and put the oil on da rubber bands very useful and less breakage
Because the hottest water relaxes the braid to be more moveable and helps seal your braids. It can help with the hair not beinging so itchy as well. Try it and compare the difference.
Girl i can honestly say that I am a beginner in braing I don't have a manniquin head but I use my kids hair and girl practice makes perfect. I am standing with as a beginner braider as well with three girls
Sure, I crocheted a piece of braiding hair to create an anchor braid to help create no slippage on her front braid. I also have another TH-cam video of me showing the anchor braid method.
As some one who spastically dyes their hair and just wants it to grow more id like to try box braids to keep my self from doing dumb stuff to it... And as a white woman i know box braids are a protective style which is why id get them to litterally stop myself from bleaching and dying my hair more or cutting it because im an impulsive twat...

About How Many Braids Did You End Up Doing ?
Will this method be good for my hair?My hair is thinin the front but long and thick all around.
braids are protective hair styles so it should be fine. however,i wouldnt get super long ones bc it would be kinda heavy and break off your hair
This didn’t help you going to fast 😒

Did you dip her hair in water
They look so neat and pretty, but I'm afraid if I try this technique this way the hair would slide off the rubberband
