Someone definitely does Hair Care on this young lady's hair either she is natural or they are skilled not to over process with a perm cream relaxers. I would love to get my hair back like this I fell into the wrong hands someone over process and bleach my hair when my hair was like this people thought it was a wig or snap in hair. her hair is so lovely thanks for sharing blessings.
Yeah the model does have beautiful hair to the root. Hopping to grow some decent hair and look decent at the same time using these protective hair styles lol

Soak the rubber bands in olive oil or coconut oil before applying to prevent breakage if your hair is brittle

Having too much oil on those rubber bands does help with breakage. It also causes premature slipping of the braids. Just be prepared to redo those eges after about 2 to 3 weeks

Heyyyyyy!!!! Just showing my support and giving you some watchtime hours lol .... I do this method as well especially when I’m doing dreadlocks. Now I just wanted to add: Rubber-bands do NOT take your hair out, you do. When removing you should be sure to oil them a little and then CUT them out being sure not to cut your own hair. It’s best to have someone help you. 😘😘😘😘

My 13 year old daughter has very long almost waist length thick hair and she's been asking for me to box braid her hair like her friends. I've put off doing it for years because I know it's going to take way too long to finish. I happened upon this video trying to get ideas for my own hair. Seeing this has helped me see that I can finally box braid my daughter's hair so much faster and in a safe way for her hair. I know this video was uploaded a few years ago but thank you so so much for sharing this style! 💜 I can't wait to try this!

The video was unnecessarily long. She did a GREAT job, but she didn’t need to include nearly 20 min of parting the whole head when she already showed and explained how to do one part.

When I read rubber bands I thought I'd have to crochet the hair under then braid. But seeing the video it's just braiding over as u would without the elastics. I'll attempt this on my daughter's hair just because I want perfect triangles

Thank you so much for your kind words, I think you should use human hair if the client is sensitive to synthetic hair. I do wash my hair with apple cider Vinegar to be chemical free.
