Every young player can look up
To you for inspiration, so strong and a leader despite everything thrown at you

George is the literal Epitome of Droylsden FC:
'Someone flying high, to only suffer a massive setback. To then dust themself off, and go again, fighting to get back to where they were before'
Could be talking about either George or the club!
So happy that Westy is back on the pitch!

@@mrbooth7 this was such a powerful and emotional interview mate and was one that for me will always stand out, it was so raw and honest and I'm glad he got to have his say about everything he's been through, he's so genuine and that's why he'll always be a fan favourite because regardless to wether he's on or off the pitch what you see is what you get and he's always so honest 🩸💯

Good on you, George. That was such an impressive interview. Wouldn't it be wonderful, eh, if we won the league and this guy scored the goal that clinched the title? That would be the stuff of dreams for Bloods fans!

@@AntonyGlennon-m1b and never say never it could still happen 😉 and he put his heart and soul into this Interview, you could tell what it meant to him to have his say and explain to the fans what he'd been through, it was so emotional but powerful at the same time
