Dissconnect:Reconnect The Inflator Hose

If the inflator mechanism malfunctions underwater, the diver must be able to quickly disconnect the inflator hose to prevent the buoyancy compensator from over inflating. Here's a short video explaining how to disconnect the inflator hose underwater without assistance.
