(No carbs between now and then, perhaps?:) AND...your hair cut is VERY nice...the wine highlighting is right-on...Enjoying both your videos and your books...keep 'em coming...Of course, I am so sorry for your loss; I know what you mean about appreciating those around us, and our fragility. Sometimes the most pronounced emotion that we feel is LOVE when we've experienced the death of someone close. We need it, and realize we have to give it out--more often. Take care.
