These bikes are just like rolling works of art!! I love it. I literally just bought a fully restored 2003 kx125 bored out ro 144cc. This is the warm up. Once I get my feet underneath me I'm calling you and buying 1 of these 500s !!
The CR 500 is the most echo friendly motocross engine ever mas produced Mother nature has been embracing it for over 30 something years fun per gallon unsurpassed to this day Long live the king 👑
The cool thing about CR500's is that you don't have to work that motor hard, they produce tons of power right from the bottom end and if you dare Rev one out on a motocross track in a top gear you're flat out hauling the mail!

Wow. Just saw this video. I have a 2005 CRF450R. I am a little uneducated on these builds, do these guys just send a bike/frame to these guys and have a cr250 or cr500 motor installed? Do they provide the motor or you send one? Any idea what they modifications cost (almost afraid to ask. Lol)
I love Hondas and owned three growing up a 87 CR250, then a 91 CR125, and in 95 I bought a brand new Cr500 (I love the graphics of that year, IMHO they were the best. But you saying they are the best/fastest race 2 stroke? The Maico 700 (actually a 685cc) would kill a CR500, they make 20 more HP than a CR500. The most powerful CR500 was actually the air hammer 84 model, it made 60.8HP, the water cooled ones make around 57-58. Also, you gotta realize that the dyno you guys are using, a dynojet, reads high. The way they calculate isn't entirely accurate. A mustang and other dynos (dyno packs, etc) all read much more correct. It sometimes reads as much 12-15 percent higher than other dynos. There is a correction algorithm you can apply to the dynojet charts to get the actual accurate numbers. That 500AF is a sweet bike man. The only AF's ive ever ridden were the first gen CR250F's and I thought they sucked, but Im sure the chassis got better in the later gen ones.
