JM, should have told the plaintiff: take it down a notch (or two) or I will clear you out for 15 min while you cool off. And the defendant speaks in ways that are so annoying I don't want to listen to her.
I left an expensive suit worn to my grandmother's funeral in my former BFF's house. The suit was brand new and had only been worn to the funeral. When I moved out, I accidently left it behind. Later, my former friend gave it to someone else my mistake. It ended up in that person's storage unit and took me a year to get it back. Never thought to sue for it but would have done so if it came to that. My point being, it can happen. Although in this case, I don't believe she had the shoes to begin with.
Then the suit wasn’t a priority to you, because you didn’t remember it or take it. Also, this situation is different, she had time. The rule is always take your things of highest priority with you. They go with you because if you can’t afford to lose them you make them a priority. I never understand it.
Would I live and leave my belongings with someone who has a history of drug dealings and goes off to jail? Absolutely not. The niece IMO knew of her aunt's sketchy past and continued to deal with her until the niece made herself a victim. Family is a title while character encompasses the distinctive mental and moral qualities of an individual.
Who's to say she didn't buy them at a time when she could afford them? Situations change and so do finances. You're judging someone based on a clip and know nothing more than that.
Got 3k in shoes but can’t get your own place? And the defendant needs $100 ! Holy smokes! This did not just happen, this is a long drama and this is how they lead their lives.
Never ceases to amaze and DISGUST me how some people are willing to destroy family relationships, which are among the most precious things we all have, over almost nothing. In this case, it was over a stupid pair of shoes that many women would not even wear even if someone were to giving them away.
No it was over the disrespect the aunt exhibited! Don’t nobody have a problem with a problematic family member, until one family member does, and decides it’s enough! The rest of the family thinks you’re erring because you have boundaries! Just because you’re family, doesn’t mean I have to deal with you when you cross mine!
@@queenbee3828 ALL families have problematic family members. This family was no different. But most families truly love and care for one another enough to not let shoes get in the way of family. I proudly reiterate my disgust for a family who disgraces the name with such abhorrent and selfish behavior.
Some people just get loud when they’re hurt or angry. In some cultures it’s perfectly normal and acceptable.
