Just discovering you and your vids. THANK YOU for not playing music and just letting the scenery and the sounds of nature do the talking! More videographers should take note of this. Enjoy your trip! -Jennifer from Los Angeles
I agree with Jennifer, music overlay would spoil it, the background song when you are in a pizza place or coffee shop is perfect. The sound of nature can be amplified in your vids, crackling of the fire, the birds etc, those background sounds really enhance your videos. Keep up the great work.
Chris you’ve got wonderful content as always... Really appreciate the fact that you don’t add a distracting music track. Music tracks on TH-cam are akin to laugh tracks on sitcoms... Keep it safe.
Those were some bright green ferns at the beginning of the video . Thanks for taking us on your fantastic journey and sharing the amazing places you visit with all to enjoy for many years to come . Stay safe out there , I can't wait to see where you go next .
Enjoyed watching. Hope to get up there in a few years. If you ever come through Arkansas again, we would be honored to show you some of our camping spots in the Ozarks and Ouachita National Forest.
You are an inspiration, keep it up. I am working my way through all your videos and have picked up a lot of useful tips already, we might never meet in real life as the distances are just to great, but it feels like I am there with you through every new adventure. Keep it up and never stop looking for adventure.
Well shot video as always.. You should head West at POPPLE DEPOT heading toward Mt.Carelton. There is a road to the top of the mountain about 5Km in on the right that will give you a view of the Windmills and you can see Govener's Lodge to the south and Mt. Carelton to the west. Love seeing you pick up the trash from the Dirt-Bags that leave it behind. You are are a True Gentleman...
Chris, you have done it again, interrupted my day ......in the nicest way. Another great episode. That area you traveled in this week looked stunning. Cheers from Australia
I did the Maine, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Labrador trek. Can't wait to see what you do, really exciting! Great content! I watch you every Saturday morning, first thing.
We have a running joke with my friends that anywhere you drive in Maine or New Hampshire, no matter how remote, you can always find a bud light can. Thanks for helping pick up!
Those moose reminded me that I saw a baby fawn being born last week. I was walking along a trail up in the sierra nevada mountains of California, and noticed some movement about 25 yards down hill to my left. And there she was, mama deer giving birth. The baby fawn was up and walking (sort of) around mama within 10-15 minutes I would guess. Pretty special to see in the wild.
Oh wow. That must have been a great experience for you to watch. But you have to document memories like that. That is rare and happens only once in your lifetime. Since everybody in the world now seen to have a camera phone, you should have some pics or videos. In that light; Pics and or video or it didn't happen!!!
I now understand how you stay so fit. It’s not your diet. It’s all the running you must do to retrieve the camera. You may have created the next fitness craze. Keep up the good work!!!👍🤔
Great video as always welcome to Canada hope you enjoy yourself you're probably be going into Quebec don't worry about the language problem you'll do fine and that mother moose with the two twins beautiful picture enjoy yourself.👍👍🍁
Love your videos but I need more. I’m sure it’s hard work to put this all together but I need at least an hour or more. One week of your adventure needs more time for you to explain. Thanks for what your doing I look forward to this every Friday.
Chris have you thought about designing some patches and a truckers hat, black with maybe your logo in orange like the Jeep. Just a thought. Great video as usual!
Incredible video Chris, stumbled on your vlog! Family and I live in Ontario and plan to sell our home and move to Nova Scotia! The most beautiful province in Canada thanks for sharing! Next summer I'll be visiting some of the same spots that ur visiting now!
Chris, maybe add a splash or two of water inside the pan and then cover your egg/spinach combo and let it steam for a few minutes. It will help fluff the eggs and ease up on the sticking to the pan and burning on ya. I do this with fried eggs as well.
Great video as usual. I enjoyed it. With the views you show us, I bet if you had a drone you would show us a lot of other cool angles. Be safe out there.
Hi Chris Really enjoyed this week. It was fun watching you explore some of the roads that I explore quite often. You were with in 20 Miles of my home at one point. My jeep is the same color as yours. You really should try and get to Big Bald Mountain. You can drive to the top and I believe that it is the highest point you can drive to in New Brunswick. Also mount Carlton Park . Home of the highest peak in Atlantic Canada.
Welcome to Canada again and New Brunswick... hopefully you will head southern part of New Brunswick.....would enjoy meeting you and buy you a cup of coffee and maybe grab a geocache or two
Enjoyed your trip and sharing your time and video. I am going to get you cookbook. Some Pam sprayed in the bottom of your pan before cooking eggs will help them NOT to stick or burn and also having the heat already on Medium or just under then put your eggs in the pan. It will start the cooking process without burning the eggs as they cook. Please be careful on the rocks along the rivers and jumping down from boulder to boulder scares me to just watch. I want you to be safe and enjoy every moment of your trip. Tks again for taking us along on your adventures. I know this is sort of crazy to ask but have you thought about doing stickers or postcards ready made of you and your jeep to sell to your fans? YankeeintheSouth is a wonderful couple that do videos of the mountains in and around the Great Smoky Mts of Tennessee and North Carolina, plus other states. They sell items to help with their costs. Thought you may wish to look into something kin to that line of sells to help if needed.
Can't end the week without some spectacularly unsafe jumping around on rocks. One day you'll break an ankle someplace remote in the woods and the last thing we see is some wildlife chewing up what's left... You burned the eggs not once but twice! Well, maybe you like them that way, to each his own I guess. Canada is beautiful though no matter where you go. Of course even Canada has the same old problem of people leaving trash - thanks for picking that mess up! If we should ever meet I will have to have a word with you about that uninspired food preparation...
A Taco-Bell??? Joke I hope. Also interesting is the 180, but mining road, well paved, and some abandoned roads to explore, the main road leads you to Bathurst, sea food is cheap, abundant, and the Acadians are the nicest and friendliest people EVER!!!
Sweeeeeeet! Do you by chance recommend any good LUTS for editing in post production? I just got the DJI Mavic Pro 2 & I'm excited to see how the footage looks! I'm trying to find some great LUTS for the drone footage. 😀
I'm about to go up to Novia Scotia in couple weeks. Does Canada have any rules/Laws against just camping in your jeep anywhere? Gonna spend alot of time in Cape Breton National Park
Hi Chris! I was curious if you had any idea how many extra miles you've driven or walked setting up shots and retrieving the camera? not sure how you'd figure that out, but it must be a LOT over the course of your travels
The mosquitoes are always horrible because you keep parking near still water! Granted, it’s beautiful, but lake side camping is like a shared mosquito hostel.
Great video! The camp shown at 6:33 looked awe full familiar. After looking back through some old FB photos sure enough it was the camp I met friends at for a 4 wheeler trip in 2009 it to balancing rock and chimney rock. Funny stuff, small world

Seeing Moose on Canada Day is a right of passage. Congrats, you’re Canadian now.
Auspicious sign of a good year ahead
But dont vote for Trudeau

Yeah and super green video. Makes you not want the winter to come. Lol

Darren, any Great Maine locations you know of for camping, #overlanding? I would like to head that way this year
@@overlandaf_adventures472 Bar Harbor is a great place to go along the coast.
Thanks Darren. Will have to check it out on my Adventures. Cheers!

So true. We watch these videos but the work it takes to get those different angles is no joke. That is some serious back and forth.
Yep he’s leaping up stones too ! His first videos show he’s made a definite improvement in his new direction- stay in motion ! 👍
He's headed to an early stroke or heart attack if he keeps eating the shit he does.
Welcome back to Canada! :-)
Awesome video nice seeing our hometown (Bathurst).
Great video as always welcome to Canada hope you enjoy yourself you're probably be going into Quebec don't worry about the language problem you'll do fine and that mother moose with the two twins beautiful picture enjoy yourself.👍👍🍁

@@overlandaf_adventures472 Just about -0- mosquitoes in the southwest either. Thanks again for sharing your traveling experiences.
1:03 is some outstanding work!
That map scene had me on the floor laughing. Your deadpan is legit! I don't know how you kept a straight face!!!

Welcome to Canada Chris!
Welcome to eastern Canada Chris. Enjoy it bud!
Great video! You should do a short segment on the video gear you use and your thoughts on what makes 'good video' (angles, content, lighting, etc).
Awesone video keep jeepn on👍
that bridge flexed pretty good on the drivers side

UGH!!! LOL... wrote this just before you mentioned you were in Bathurst! Sorry! ;)
How did he get that shot? 1:03 Awesome video as always safe travels.
Loved the video and the beautiful country. So did you really eat three hot dogs? I could have spent all day at the light house
Wouldn’t it be easier to clean the grill if you used the solid flat side?
Good one :)
Hi Chris, Was wondering if you could share the roads you have taken threw NB?

Those 'white flowers' are Canadian Dogwood.
Cornus canadensis
Creeping Dogwood, Canadian Bunchberry. Groundcover.
Hi where did you get your car done look so cool?
1A as always 👍👍👍
I'm about to go up to Novia Scotia in couple weeks. Does Canada have any rules/Laws against just camping in your jeep anywhere? Gonna spend alot of time in Cape Breton National Park
been going thru all you GPS videos preparing for this season, Im assuming you use up a lot of data on your I phone
no coffee in the morning?I am waiting for that bro
Mosquito season is 6 months a year there lol ..
Great video.. but...how did you take all those videos by yourself?
Hi Chris! I was curious if you had any idea how many extra miles you've driven or walked setting up shots and retrieving the camera? not sure how you'd figure that out, but it must be a LOT over the course of your travels
Do you have to have your Jeep inspected annually in PA to keep it registered?
Hey Chris, love the shots and angles. How much time do you spend scouting, setting up, and walking back for those drive-by shots?
The mosquitoes are always horrible because you keep parking near still water! Granted, it’s beautiful, but lake side camping is like a shared mosquito hostel.
What does a trip like this cost you per day Or week? I would like to do this but the finances I'm not too sure if I can or not
What size lift and tires you running?
Itd be awesome if you could do a tutorial on how to use gaia
He did one a year or two back. Search Gaia GPS tutorial on TH-cam and it'll show up.
You may been asked this before, are you related to the family that does "Epic Family Road Tour:?
Why aren't you cooking red hotdogs there great on the grill.
What middle of nowhere and there’s a Phone sign?
Great video! The camp shown at 6:33 looked awe full familiar. After looking back through some old FB photos sure enough it was the camp I met friends at for a 4 wheeler trip in 2009 it to balancing rock and chimney rock. Funny stuff, small world
Chris, do you think you would stay longer in one place if you weren`t filiming your adventures?
