I was in the hospital for a week my blood sugar was 600. I can tell you how to reverse it like I did . 1. Excersize like your life depends on it ( cuz it does )
2. Eat a more protein diet if you have a hamburger lettuce wrap it . Meat doesent mess with blood sugar levels
3. No candy / cookies unless it’s sugar free
4 diet everything.
5 no stress stress can make your sugar levels increase
Eat chicken and salad for every meal as much as you can . Dont take the insulin or pills they give you cuz your body will need it in the long run . They don’t tell you to excersize and eat better . I call it the dumbass disease . You will be ok
