Floyd's material post Waters isn't as good in my humble opinion.

Ordinarily John Maddin, I would agree with you. But having revisited both Momentary Lapse and Division Bell, multiple times recently, I am not so sure that's the case. But I do say that had Roger Waters still been a part of the band for these albums, I wonder what sound or direction they would have gone in? Still, they are both worthy of the name Pink Floyd because they are every bit Pink Floyd as much as anything else, granted not in the league of Dark Side, Wish You Were Here or The Wall.
