Appreciate the variety in your videos and very happy to know of 55+ communities for those retiring or seeking a vacation property / getaway to unwind. Love the wooded and private landscape and affordable ground rent. This mature adult gives this a 👍 .
This is just Wonderful !! I'm so happy for them, they have a great community. It really does look peaceful. The home is gorgeous, move in ready. Somebody is getting a lovely home. $400, a month for the space, is quite reasonable. It seems like the state of Texas is welcoming tiny home living. Again, thank you Mr. Tiny for bringing another awesome timy home. Keep them coming Mr. Tiny !!
Love this tiny home! Love the colors and the layout. Whoever purchases this home will be lucky. It is so beautiful everything about it. Seems like a great area. The porch is perfect for drinking your morning coffee ☕️ Thank you Mr Tiny for your review of this gorgeous home ❤❤
I love the color scheme of this one, but it's not my favorite model however it can work well for many, great price too. Looks like a very nice community, love the woods around, and $400 per month is an extremely good lot rent! Thanks for the tour!
Great location, astetics, beautiful woodland area. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to see this tiny home in its splendor . I love everything about this community.
Could you show how you get into the loft. I know it's not tall enough to stand in, but it would be helpful to see how difficult it is to get in and out of a unit with a loft. None of the tiny home videos show that.
I'm gonna have me a whole compound of RRC homes one day. Mark my words! And it'll STILL come in under budget for what single site-built houses are going for these days in the coastal cities.
Can you put in a shed and a car port? How big are the lots? Is there a swimming pool. It looks like a really nice place to call home. Thanks for sharing and have a nice day.
You think they’re gonna have a phase 3 for more homes later? Idk if TX is going to be a thing for me or not until next spring. That’s a right decent price both on the house and the lot rent.
I'd trade that oversized stove for a two -burner counter top just so I could have more counter prep space. And I don't like that upper kitchen cabinet right next to the front door I'd take it out. Other than that looks great.
Sorry, but I had to give this model a thumbs-down. Never mind the too narrow and too steep loft stairs that are useless for disabled people, or the concussion hazard posed by the low loft ceiling. Those can be avoided by staying downstairs. However, the bathroom doorway is too narrow to begin with, but then you partially blocked it with the washer and dryer. Also, that style of stackable washer and dryer combo, with the washer being top loading, is another concussion hazard because you will keep banging your head on the overhead dryer when loading and unloading the washer. For this reason stackable washer and dryer combos should always BOTH be front loading. I would like to make a design suggestion for the living room. Give people the option to put either storage or a home office under the stairs, accessible through the back side of the living room. This would mean rotating the sofa 90 degrees and putting it by the side windows or perhaps substituting a couple of chairs and a little table by the side windows. I would also like to suggest giving people the option of getting the kitchen island made at table height, but still with the wheels. Disabled people often can't use bar stool height chairs, so table height is necessary. Also the wheels are a big help. In this video, the island is too close to the counter, so there isn't enough room to maneuver around the kitchen area. Ideally, the island should be moved over partially into the living room area. With the sofa or chairs by the side windows, there would still be enough room to get around the island on the living room side, too. Again, I'm sorry that I had to give the model as it currently exists a thumbs-down, but at least I offered alternative options that would fix some of the problems. 😊
Here, it's necessary for safety reasons. Nobody wants to live around crime, and this is an easy way to accomplish a safer neighborhood. No loud late partying, no drunk driving...some may think that's boring, but I'll take it all day every day.
It took thirty minutes to even get into the home. People want to see the house not listen to thirty minutes of talking. You need to make these videos more concise.
Mr Tiny always knocks it out of the park! Another beautiful home and a super showcase. Love you, Mr Tiny!

I could definitely live in that tiny home community! 👍👍👍
This community is beautiful! I love that part of Texas! Pine trees and dogwoods.
LOVE the extra Windows and view in the loft. Carrying around the accent color makes that whole place look a lot bigger!
Oh My. Gosh! That is THE most beautiful 399 sq ft home ever!! Love the way you present Mr Tiny!

Another great video!
I’d love to learn more about finance a tiny home. And I know that town it’s so cute. I lived in Austin and San Antonio.
This is a very pretty park for tiny homes in a 55 and over community.
I love the layout of this place and the colors.
Very interesting!
Oh, my goodness! I'll be ready in a couple of years if there are any more spaces left, haha
I was concerned that the volume was out during the golf cart bit.
Love this home! I would love to live in a tiny home community.
Thanks for sharing ...I wish I knew about this location when I was visiting this past spring.
I love it $100,000 though I don’t know if I could do it I can dream about it
You can get one as low as $60.000 you just gotta look
Ur suit matches the blue color in the tiny home. Baltimore MD

I like Mr.T just beautiful keep it up 👍👍👍💯💯‼️‼️‼️💯❤️🔥❤️🩹❤️🩹
Just beautiful 😍
it looks great but I do want to see more storage in things like the stairs or even a small closet under them in the room.
Beautiful, could be cheaper in price though for a tiny home
Watching from Porter, Texas
You're closer. Watching from Rosenberg. 😏
Very nice!
beautiful home .. definitely happy to see a stove cover ...
I don't think the linen cupboard should sit on the sink... jm ...

Nice
AGAIN !!! The kitchen in the living room has got to go !!!
I didn't hear a price... Hmmm. It's quite beautiful 😍 and I love the blue accents!
It was $100,000

I like the 15 ft width
I'm interested in more info .
I would definitely move to that area.
Do you know or have a T/H community in southern Alabama and/or northwest Florida!… thx for your channel!
Iv always been fascinated by how people design smaller spaces. But I have a 75’ TV…lol take my sq footage away all you want, your never taking my tv.

Fritsch Parkways
Price?
Shanelle Summit
How much is it?
I don't like the kitchen. I don't like the limited counters between sink and stove!!

Not worth $100,000 dollars.😮

It seems really perfect, except for that 55 plus community thing. There is no way I want to look around me and see nothing but people my own age.
