- In this video I have made basic protein powder all from natural sources. You also can try this at home.
Ingredients used are:
BADAM (100g)
pista(25-50g)
peanuts(100g)
chana(gram) -100g
walnut (akhrot)-(25-50g)
makhana- 50g.
