The construction of the second bedroom could be taller, so it would have a window at the top to let in natural light.

hi po sir.. ganito po sana plano jn mgasawa..baka po pede magrequest ng ganito din po for 70sq mtrs.. garage for 2-3 cars and laundry area po sa baba.. sa 2nd flr po ay living room, dining and kitchen with t&b at kung kasya po ang isang room.. then sa 3rd flr po 4bedrooms po.. salamat sir..
