sadly the shorts don't have an option where you can slow the video down. "Press Home button 5 times... Press fast forward then the down arrow... rewind/back button, then down arrow... Then fast forward again to make the secret menu appear.
You can technically also activate this secret menu but also pressing home five times then fast-forward play and pause rewind play and pause fast-forward
