I finally got to play with one when i bought one for my daughter, about 35 years ago. Another "boy's" toy i wasnt allowed was "Meccano" a construction kit, but for some reason Lego was allowed.

There was an exhibit at the Chicago museum of technology where you got to “build” a gyroscope and take it home, but no one in my class group wanted to do it with me :( I went back in my 20’s and finally got one, it was purple and had my name engraved. You should absolutely get your hands on a Meccano!
The way Kris literally went from a pet rock with a rainbow wig and googly eyes to a demonic clown balloon is wild. I got whiplash at that sudden 180 degree turn.

I had monkeys in a barrel too growing up. A lot of 80’s/90’s toys died after 2010. I’m 20 and had a child hood of one that grew up in the 90’s. I miss it.
My parents bought a hoarder house & I went thru the hoard. I found the monkey with symbols still in the box UNUSED 😳 I couldn’t believe it! I sold it online to a collector for $350 🙌🏼 Yay for toys from my childhood. Ngl, Lincoln Logs were my favy & are the exact reason I want a log cabin in the woods.

My brother and I had an old school Lite Brite back in the 80s, and what we did, we would make a blanket fort out of my dad's painting blanket/sheet, and used the Lite Brite as the light inside of our fort. I would make all kinds of designs with the colourful pegs, and it gave it a nice glow inside our fort :)

Loved it. I'm a child of the 70s... Played with Lincoln logs, my favorite... And the light bright. I bought it for my kids also and the pegs got everywhere lol. New game, pick up pegs. great video as always. ❤❤❤❤
My brother and I had an old school Lite Brite back in the 80s, and what we did, we would make a blanket fort out of my dad's painting blanket/sheet, and used the Lite Brite as the light inside of our fort. I would make all kinds of designs with the colourful pegs, and it gave it a nice glow inside our fort :)

I have a vivid memory of sitting on the floor in my room playing with molten metal. I googled it. It was called Metal Molder. Came out in 1996. I was 12 years old, casting molten metal into dies. It was one of my favorite toys. Great video Kris! Thanks😊
Probably lead, because it has a relatively low melting temperature. You can still buy the little lead balls for die casting.
