    Thanks very informative. I’m currently manufacturing tshirts from china through Alibaba and they do everything including milling fabric to sewing and logo in house. I felt it was pricy but compared to your info it’s not that bad I gusss😅 I think T-shirt’s should generally be less than $20 each based on the suppliers I spoke to. Of course I’m guessing Italian made is better !

    I think 10 euros just to sew every single piece is a bit of stretch, I just wondered couldn't you find a local tailor in the UK who could save you on shipping costs,VAT, etc.? I am learning a lot from you. Thank you.

      Thank you so much for your comment. As I was creating this video and going through everything I started thinking maybe it is pricey. I have looked into UK manufacturing but it’s pricey and they need soo much from your like I’d have to provide the patterns etc. I guess I pay for convenience maybe!? x

      Hi Tadii, wishing you continued great success with ease and joy. It appears your t-shirts are for either luxury or premium market? At 25 pounds I would sell at 75 pounds per tshirt. 25 for returning cost, 25 buying next t-shirt, 25 as ‘net’ growth. This is a very simplistic thing that I do. Does this make sense to you? And what are you actually doing? Best wishes, ty

    Is there any reason you didnt ise Alibaba? Is it the high MOQ ? I have noticed that they have reduced their MOQ

    • @TadiiG
      @TadiiG  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I do use Alibaba for certain things like, zips, packaging, garment labels I made a video about it here.
      th-cam.com/video/IOR-lFAPtBY/w-d-xo.html
      However when it come to cut and sew, I want my manufacturer to be accessible.

    I think for a small business, the whole process is a lot . Like shipping back n forth. It’s a little bit pricy to sow a t shirt for €10 not withstanding that you bought the fabrics .

    • @TadiiG
