You mentioned at then end that banks whose projects we have worked on will offer us role ? I did not understand this , you mean our company would change from mthree to that bank after we are offered that role from bank and accept it ? Can you give someone insight on what is career progression in the bank ?
Second if I wanted to leave mthree after one year of working (for other plans) , should I apply because you mentioned it is minimum two years of work that we would be doing ?
actually wiley edge is like third party company which maps us to international banks like jp morgan nd morgan stanley etc.. these are top companies like ey , adobe, apple in their domains. but it doesn't take 2 years , 3 to 6 months to get permanent in them. their salary structure ranges from 16 to 30 lpa.
I have heared only 80 percent of interns who will successfully complete internship will get job. What about rest 20 percent

Hey, Wiley Mthree internship is more like training. It's recommended to take if you are really looking for this opportunity. Because main reason for training is getting students ready for full time job.
@@rohanarora7375 Is it worth trying for Wiley mthree if I'm already placed in TCS DIgital(7lpa)? I cleared the written round and have my 2nd round of interview. Although they're giving opportunities in exceptionally good companies like Morgan Stanley, they're only on a temporary basis of 2 years after which we may or may not be converted to a full-time employee. So considering the risk factor, do you think it is worth it?

@@shubhammore3527 Our final exam will be over in 1st week of May itself lol. But did Wiley make you sign any bond or agreement before training? Can we leave mid-training? Because most companies will give joining within June/July and Wiley's training will atleast be of 3 months if not more... so it will atleast stretch till August... And in companies like TCS digital if you reschedule your joining, your joining bonus of 60k is gone...

1. Online Test: Aptitude, Verbal & Technical MCQs
2. Coding: 2 questions, Java & Python
3. Automated Video round (15-20 mins)
4. Final interview (Technical + HR)
Coding questions will be of medium level (2D array, Strings, bitwise manipulation etc.). There will be 2 coding questions, 1 in Java & other in Python, in which you need to solve any 1. According to this, your role will be assigned for the internship. Like If you solve Java one, you will get SDE role. If you choose python, you will get Production support/Site Reliability engineer role.
Also, Interview will be very easy for you if you are avg at coding. Again, medium level questions will be asked like count occurence of characters in String, Binary search, spiral representation of array etc. Apart from coding, basic questions from OOPs, DBMS, DS will be asked. SQL queries can also be asked.
