Having Conan laugh at his own sketches fills me with joy

I took a HUGE dump this morning.....it made me SOOOO happy !!!!!
Not only does he laugh, he cracks up it’s fabulous
I was under the impression that it was the first time Conan had seen it put together because that laugh was genuine ... and infectious 😁
The detail of the plant holding the steering wheel and then shooting is just awesome and hilarious 😆
Great ending to the sketch would've been if Andy killed the plant and buried it only to see it grow out of the ground days later when he thought he was safe
I wish the dressing room murders had lasted longer, and then all you saw of the last plant was it's fronds under the door. Save the chase for another week. It could have been a saga!
OR -and stay with me now- they cut to a news report about the latest wildfires in California.

They're still making show content! Sort of... This sketch was hilarious.
I think they have a large store of Content they've already filmed and plan to release over time. The podcast is obviously recorded like at least a month in advance.
I thought the same (as Eddie^) for a minute, but.. Then I read the info in the description, and they're talking further about a sketch from 2016, cuz it still makez them laugh.. 💕 Guess that's almost as good as additional content. Plus, - ya gotta go back & appreciate what you've already done, sometimes. And they're kindaa 'adding' to things, just by tacking something onto an existing sketch. Anyhoo.. Love these people foreva ✌

I love the planet under the door getting away that always makes me giggle
There's small things Andy does that makes me think he has a different life, like keeping his finger off the trigger at the podium, clearly taking a huge hit off a joint on the show etc

That Levi is cute! And this is one of my all time fav. Conan sketches. Often get back to this sketch whenever I have a down time.

I remember this one: hilarious then, hilarious now. They should do a MST3k kind of thing where Conan/Andy/actors and writers watch old sketches and mock them.

And I keep coming back to this. The shorter version would've been a great bit, maybe even still one of the more memorable ones, but they went the extra mile and created a masterpiece.

HA!! That visual of the plant driving the car was REALLY damn funny !! Go back and watch it again (2:09)......
In the shot from Andy's viewpoint as he's looking at the plant while it's driving away in the car, THE PLANT ACTUALLY "TURNS" IN THE FRONT SEAT TO LOOK AT ANDY AS IT DRIVES AWAY FROM HIM !! WHO takes the time to add that ?? SUCH a small detail that I'm guessing about 99% of people watching it never even (consciously, any way) noticed......but something that VERY subtly is HILARIOUS, and adds just that "little bit more" to this piece !!
Now that REALLY is 'next level' comedy !!

I love this kind of Directors Commentary for his past show, its somewhat meta and educational too.

This was actually the first Conan bit that I ever saw
I love it because the shocking part was supposed to be that plants might have memory, but then in the next scene a plant is driving a car and shooting a gun. All logic out the window, absurd, hilarious.

I loved this sketch, haha. The blood is so absurd and the classic chase. A hub cab HAS to come off and it did. Luckily they used the WB cliff side lots.
