not only are they wonderful musicians, they're personally compelling, charismatic - i can't load one of their numbers on youtube and go to another site, i have to stay on youtube and watch them perform all the way through the number. but it's a nice problem to have.
The more I listen to this band, the better they get. Not to diminish in any way anyone else's playing but I especially enjoyed Craig Flory on the clarinet. Outstanding! And thanks René, for making this video available.

Plenty of "jazz pzazz" from Shaye, Barnabus & Craig - great technique and tone. Todd too. And from everyone, still tight and fascinating ensemble play. The close proximity and thoughtful camera angles (from the side) give us clarity of sound and a more intimate sense. Thank you Rene.

Only Todd, Barnabus, God and Shaye could immediately give you the title of any tune you wanted. I can easily identify about 60 of their tunes but I have to hunt though their nine albums and previous TH-cams when trying to identify the others. Sometimes it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

In very many Tuba Skinny TH-cam video comments we can find excellent contributions from you with explicit information on title, musical analysis, recording data, discography, etc. In a post by James Sterling I have recently read analogously "the exact determination of a title you have to leave to Ivan ... ask the specialist" !! ...
