I really appreciate your videos and your energy. That said, we really have some work to do about caring for women. Honestly, telling women they can go to work the next day is wild. I’m extremely fit & healthy and the week after egg freezing is more uncomfortable than stims & the procedure combined. Most women get put on post-Op Cabergoline and Femara which are highly bloating and constipating, they cause stomach pain and make us feel tired. I was very low energy 2-3 days after my retrieval & could not even go on a long walk (again I am a very fit runner & yogi) and then the week after was dominated by discomfort from constipation. Which never happens to me. If you love yourself, take the week off and be gentle. It’s honestly sad that a women would have to have this invasive procedure then run to an office the next day. No wonder we are stressed!

Thanks for this informative video. I've recently learned I have several conditions that can affect fertility (adenomyosis, endometriosis with endometriomas, fibroids) and am trying to learn more about the IVF and egg freezing process.
