Jesus she is adorable. I don't like store bought mayo, but making some from scratch is a superior condiment for sure. Egg yolk, garlic, lemon juice, salt and oil in proper proportions. Can also stir in hotsauce or other flavors to change the flavor even more!
important note is that Japanese mayo is very different flavor than mayo you might be familiar with. Japanese mayo is made with egg yolks only instead of whole eggs and doesn't use water at all in the mix so it is much richer in flavor and texture.

Japan shits on the concept and claims pizza is a way of presenting whatever old shit they can think of because people are jaded about Margheritta pizza and basic stuff.
