Quesada is really a great place not too far from torre and the best beaches of Guardamar
Lots of bars and eating places to choose from and not a million miles away from anything

I have a place in a Quesada.It’s a great place ,but the price of property is rocketing .
Although it’s not by the coast it’s busy all year round.
A great mix of nationalities.
Yes prices have shot up since Brexit
Quesada has changed a lot since I was last there think that was 2009 still looks a beautiful place , have some wonderful memories of that place with some good friends who I don’t see now , if there reading this Hope yous are well they no who they are 🙏🏻❤

I have been to Quesada a number of times in the last few years, with visits to Guadamar (definitely the nearest beach) as well as Torrevieja. Interesting how few signposts actually show Ciudad Quesada: you get the impression it doesn't officially exist. It has been built on an airfield that was gifted to the Quesada family by Franco in recognition of their financial support to his regime. You are right it is nice place with a good mix of Brits, Belgians and Russians among others. My favourite cocktail place is the Vista in the high street. If you are tempted to buy an isolated place (ie not in a gated development) watch out for squatters. They can be difficult to remove...

Any chance you could do a tour of San Javier and San Pedro del Pinatar focusing on bars & restaurants? We visited SPdP but must have been during siesta as there was no-one around.
