it may be inherited come from the family, or it may happen during the formation of the zygote. i.e. from birth..........and it may be caused by abnormal activities/practices, extra exposure of radiation energy, excessive stress, or unhealthy lifestyle.
Scp, ALL intersex people have chromosomal abnormalities. The abnormality is what makes them intersex. But even with intersex, if one has a y chromosome, that person can only reproduce as male if not sterile. Intersex does not make an excuse for trans.
