    Thank you for sharing this treasure with us. Its wonderful to see and here your instructions at the same time cause your physique from head to toe look exactly like what your telling us to do, the shape of your body says exactly that, the head neck alignment, the lengthening
    and widening of your whole
    back perfectly illustrates what your saying. Amazing

    Thanks for your excellent insightful videos Eileen!! I’ve heard it said that in Alexander the head leads the body and it sounds like you’re saying the fingers lead the arms in the same way right? . I’m a drummer, should I be thinking about the tips of the fingers leading the stick strokes around the drums /cymbals? Drum technique is often taught leading from a whipping motion from the elbow but it sounds like this motion might not be ideal after all. Many thanks for any thoughts you can give on this

    Just curious,do the toes/feet lead the legs in the same way that the fingers lead the arms? Thanks
