Hair content! I get so excited looking at folks thriving hair. Mainly bc I had the biggest setback of my 10 years of being natural and had to start over. It gives me hope that healthy hair can be obtained (again) and that folks are still enjoying doing their hair. Loved all 3 methods. That chunky though 😍😍😍

I braided a have a inch of 1 inch down and then I do a 3 strands twist with the L.O.C method with African Pride. I loved it.

I love them all but my favorite is the 3rd one which is the method I have yet to try. I hate shrinkage so I can’t wait to try this method and come back to tell you how it went. 😊

How did you get rid of the front heat damage? Cutting just doesn’t seem like it would be a good look lol

It lasts about a week. It does get a bit frizzy after day 3 but I just embrace it cause it just adds more volume 💁🏾♀

For your twash and go. Do you dry it by putting it under the dryer or do you pineapple it up overnight?
I just let it air dry. And at night, I wear my satin cap. I don't pineapple it while it's still wet because that stretches out my curls a bit. But after it's dry, I do the pineapple at night.
for the second method how do you get the twist to stay without it unraveling?
My hair is super curly so it just stays by itself. Buttt you can add clips to the twists to help them not unravel.
So you use the eco and Curls jelly without leave ins?
No, I don't do leave ins with them. But I always deep condition before hand and alternate every week. So every other week , I do the leave in and curl cream and then the next week I'll do just a gel.

How long does #3 last before you need to do a new wash day?
I wash my hair once a week so personally 1 week for me. But I'm sure it could last longer depending on how you're maintaining it, especially at night.
