Why India has not seen a coup???
Because we got highly matured Generals who are highly respected and are idols of many military officers.
And these Generals knew impact of a single coup on future of the Country, a path could have been established through which many future Generals could have followed and established a Coup.
There is a saying " If it happens once, it can happen multiple times". Since it didn't happen in the beginning of the country, now even if a General wants to coup is highly difficult.
Whereas in case of Pakistan it had happened in the beginning , it inspired many more Generals to do the same in future like Pervez Mushraf, Zia ul haq.

In your video, you mentioned that K.M. Cariappa was India's first Field Marshal. However, India's actual first Field Marshal was Sam Manekshaw, popularly known as Sam Bahadur. Manekshaw was promoted to Field Marshal in 1973, while Cariappa received the promotion in 1986, well after his retirement in 1953. The timing of their retirements can be confusing, as Cariappa retired before Manekshaw. Therefore, when PM Jawaharlal Nehru wrote a letter to K.M. Cariappa, he was the Commander-in-Chief of the Indian Army.

Apart from these reasons, inceptions of forces counter to Army like BSF, CISF, Para military was also big reason. Even if any general of army think of coup in delhi he knew he would met him extreme opposite forces which are not in their control.

Sorry sir, feild Marshal cariappa and general Thimaiah are very competent army generals, are more professional, ethical & patriotic, henceforth military coup didnt happen in india, incomparison to Pakistan, army general were ready to resign with honours, instead of doing military coup

In reality the Indian army wasn't capable of any coupe because the British had used the same army to crush Indian freedom movement.
But the areas of West Pakistan had prospered due to their association with the British armed forces.
So while Pakistanis had an acceptance for the army the rest of India did not accept the army domination.
So the generals knew very well that any coup in India will definitely result in a civil war.

Everything has a place. And if disturbed will cause chaos and harm. We have to learn from other's mistakes. In long term it's dangerous because power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Politicians are powerless every 5 years and bureaucracy is always under politicians. They aren't powerful for long term

SIR, I respect your thoughts process from the bottom of my heart. But I want to say you that You indirectly stated the Military Leadership at very low level. The Buerocarcy & That politicocracy don't mean Democracy and These types of cracy have only pen power,.There use to have many more ifs & buts, in-coherence in their decision making & so much difference in their decision making.... But Military Leadership have both Pen & Muscle power, Military officers are selected on both the pen & muscle power ( 5 Days SSB INTERVIEW based on OLQ ), There are no any doubts in their decision making & have a coherent & consistent chain of command..& that command must be followed in any circumstances, Onces the order is passed, there will be only one result whatever the consequences may be.........
Always remember 1 things, Army are the War fight group for maintaining unforeseen circumstances, they use to be fully equipped with that type of mindset ......, In any case & any losses, they may face but always achieve their target..... Our Politicocracy, Buerocarcy always take action of Day to day routine activities of no stress nature...
🎯 Yes 1 things, Politicocracy made very great for their Defence that is CAPF 😁,&Their chief's are IPS ( OFFICER taken from police even after not having any war fighting experience ), Although The officer upto IG in CAPF are mostly have the same nature of War fighting group..., These group can be taken towards ARMY side as they are already facing issues ( no ex - servicemen status, no pension, Chief from IPS directly.. Etc..)...
🎯 Feel blessed that ARMY have never attempted COUP....😁 Because When they attempt, Our Politicocracy & Buerocarcy will be finding someone to take help because They can only pass order nothing else... & That's is not in the CASE OF MILITARY...
🎯 ONLY 50TH PARACHUTE BRIGADES IS ENOUGH TO DEAL THE DELHI INSPITE OF HAVING MANY CAPF UNITS OVER THEIR..... POLICE CAN'T HELP TO SAVE POLITICOCRACY ETC. WHEN PARA SPECIAL FORCES MOVES & THESE POLICE WILL TAKE A SIDE TO SEE THEIR MOVEMENTS ONLY 😁....
😁 SORRY TO SAY... I MADE THIS COMMENT HUMOROUSLY... 😂
THANKS A LOT FOR YOU CONTENT IN THIS VIDEO & ALL I MARATHON ONE SHOT SESSION.... 🙏🙏

Nehru hand picked his lutyens chancha relative major general who is responsible for china loss, he picked up a political subirdinate as general during china war with no strategy nd we lost.
