Great workout! This is the best I’ve done on my treadmill since I started back running. I’ve gone thru 3 tall glasses of water 🥵 I wish you added a decent stretch routine at the end. If I didn’t stretch, I’d feel like crap the next day trying to run lol

Heck yes! 👍🏽 This will help me increase my base pace on my long runs. I did a 55 minute run yesterday, but it was totally at my base pace - comfortable, but I only walked for 30 seconds a couple of times. Thanks Rachael for another good one. Too funny when you said... Oh, Rachael! This workout totally kicked my bum and I had to walk 2 times for a minute even though you said not too!! 🤣 But I did it! It is so much better have you as a company than just running and watching wall. Thanks, it was great! 🙂
Hi Rachael! Please address this for me. I am into week 11 of jogging and sprints if running and at this point I have ran into more videos talking about HR training. My goal is lose weight and I am trying to eat healthy. That so hard because of all the info is one way or the other end. I also am confused because HR training people are saying zone 3 is not gonna be a benefit, it is the gray area. But That is wear my training goes natural. I can’t do zone 1 and 2 unless I just walk. The purpose of jogging is to jog and get to be able to jog at least anhour one day. But I can’t do that by walking 80 percent of the time as they say. Then they say when I go hard go to zone 4 and 5 ! Well that is a HIIT and yes I do that by sprints while I jog. But even if I walk and run my HR will be in the 3 zone often but they say that is worthless. If I do these workouts it is at threshold and above. I am only at 4.3 -4.5 a slow jog 4.8 and 5.0 as my run and 5.5 to 6.0 as my sprint. I have short legs and 53 yrs old and 20 pounds overweight. How is it doing the runs I am doing is for not?? I am mostly in zone 3 for all of it. And as o said zone 4 and 5 if I push faster. But surly to learn to jog, I have to be at walking? I get doing a couple days of walking and that is fine. But I am confused now
