Bro i doo the same thing But I managed to recover my trophies, a tip that might help you is to set goals like 800 trophies up to 825 and also don't play when you're stressed because you'll play worse, also Have a limit of consecutive defeats (like mine is 3) so you can avoid this type of situation, I hope I helped, good luck
