Spanish families sweep the dirt under the rug it seems we all have that trauma. This podcast...this is great to vent...love yourself number one. No one knows the cards they are dealt.

It is the first time I have ever listened to a whole podcast. How connected I felt from the beginning to the end it is something I can't describe. I must say that whoever snows that production and la comadre are... I am a big fan of yours both right now. I love your thoughts and the way you see life. Those experiences you shared with us are something that I felt I was alone living through them.

I am very open with my traumas because you never know who is suffering in silence and maybe sharing your experiences can help guide them towards their own healing.I have taught my children (4&6) the correct names of their body parts and if someone trys to touch you in those areas to scream,to let me know and to always tell me even if they try threatening them.I had to teach my children these things at such a young age because of my own experiences.Most times when I meet people they always tell me their experiences.We live in a world where we need to be there for one another if able too. I love speaking to people and learning about what makes them,them. And this is for anyone that needs to talk message me,comment me ,you are not alone in your experiences. I love you all and pray for all you and your healing❤

Really enjoyed this podcast, growing up in a Mexican house hold i can completely relate. How family goes blind when things happen in the family and they accept all the b.s. like if that’s acceptable or ok. And your the bad guy, the black sheep because u can’t forgive that crap. Sad how family is. That’s why I moved from the state i was all my life to a state I know no one, couldn’t deal with that ignorance anymore. And anyone that accepts it, I removed myself and no longer close with. Its sad but nice to hear other peoples experience on that. Thank you ❤
