There was nothing flamboyant about Paul. Anytime a male acts unlike some Uber masculine person, it is a big problem. Paul is being Paul. He is intelligent, well spoken, and engaging. I enjoyed this interview. It was so funny and interesting. I loved these two together.

You can make any recipe, just don't use sodium or iodized salt. Pink Himalayan or sea salt is much better, and they make a variety of no salt seasonings now. I use a lot of dried herbs, black pepper, and sea salt and I never eat pork as the sodium content is far too high. It gives me headaches and I get dizzy.
