Saltwater Park - Sea Lion and Giant Pacific Octopus

Two fun encounters while diving at Saltwater State Park. On my way out to the reefs a sea lion came by and thought I was interesting enough to make several fly-by's to check me out. Near the end of the dive I found a giant Pacific octopus. A large one in it's prime. It decided to interact with me by grabbing my right hand and hanging on for over two minutes before letting go. Such interesting and curious animals to experience in Puget Sound.
