This woman is a hero she walked into danger to save students, tried so hard to save Tates life and spoke to the shooter. Shes increadible and i hope shes receiving all the help and counselling she needs.
This kid killer definitely deserves to get life in prison if not the death penalty! He wrote in a journal about doing this, that is totally planning and premeditated
Sadly we do not have the death penalty, but he's never getting out of jail. He threw his entire life away at 15. I hope his parents also get life but it's doubtful.
How, how can anyone ever be normal after this? As a teacher this is my worst nightmare. No one, no one should have to go through something like this. Schools are not safe. We can have all these wonderful lockdowns in place but they are useless when the students are the ones bringing in the guns. This will never stop.
I don't think a person goes back to a previous normal state. They are different, in a dazed type of state, always replaying & thinking about everything that happened. Wishing them wellness through support and sharing as we fight to stop the violent mass psychosis spreading in the world.
God! My heart goes out to her. Regardless of whose child it is, it hurts to see them suffer, and u are helpless! All u can do is provide comfort and just be there.
@@THExBLAZEx88dude go away. He killed four students who would have otherwise went on to have their own lives and families and maybe even so would he but he CHOSE to take their lives away and effectively ending his as he knew it. Stop trying to bring government and politics into this tragedy caused by somebody who should have got mental help but didn't and know four kids will forever be ages 14-17.
@@sydnewilson4600 I don’t disagree with any of what you said, except for me bringing politics in, not sure how or when I did that. As far as government, it is what is carrying out the justice system on someone who deserves to be punished, so not sure how you cant talk about the government when the entire reason we have accountability in this case is the government… but maybe you chose to believe the government isn’t involved here because you are poorly educated on the legal system, which seems to be a large fault of American schooling. Some books might be helpful!
The trauma of that day will live with her forever. I hope she knows how amazing her actions were, to stay with him and try to save his life 😢 As for the monster sitting there with his head permanently bowed, he should have been forced to look up, to see their grief, acknowledge what heartache he caused to every witness that took the stand. A coward to the end that got his selfish wish to achieve fame....
Honestly if this hell was forced on me I’d want the judge and jury to hear every detail of how nightmarish it was. I’d be up there furious wanting to tell all.
You think she was asked that question for fun? Tate’s not here to tell the jury what happened that day but she is. This court day must’ve been heartbreaking for her, but she got up there on spoke on Tate’s behalf. I bet she’d do it again in a second, despite the pain, so Tate can receive justice for the life that was ended way too early

What a wonderful person . She stayed right by his side so he wasn’t alone and tried to keep him alive . Heartbreaking.
This is horrific and traumatizing.
She knew him since the age of 3.
So sad. More than sad. No words.
This is a living nightmare. It’s physically sickening to know your kids aren’t safe at school.💔
Protect this woman at all costs
God Bless this Educator she taught us all a lesson do what you can and let a injured person know your there they aren’t alone they are loved.❤

This woman has more guts than some law enforcement; unbelievable courage and devotion to the victims.
This lady is in my prayers and i hope she gets therapy
Omg, so many folks have been TOTALLY TRAUMATIZED by these avoidable murders
Thank you for trying to help and talk to him ma’am. You are truly a blessing.
At least this boy was not alone when he passed though I can’t imagine he was very conscious or aware, maybe not even alive for most of it
DEVASTATING. THE THINGS THAT PEOPLE DO TO HURT OTHERS I STILL TO THIS DAY CAN NOT COMPREHEND...WHY...?
I am numb....This is so horrific and the unimaginable....So very, very sad
She is so strong. Such a caring and genuine woman.

Finally a reasonable comment, instead of your fantasy awful opinions that would only hold true in dictatorships. But maybe that’s what you prefer?

She asked...What was that like for you? Are you friggin kidding me. What the hell kind of question is that?
One that would get the judge and jurors to hear the agony.
Idk why that baffles you.
