We've seen bricklaying and leatherworking as well. I suppose the next step is glass-blowing or silversmithing. Or robotics, or stonemasonry, or making a bespoke suit worthy of Savile Row from some fabric he found in a drawer. It doesn't matter what; you know the results will be outstanding.
So nice way to welcome Spring! I love seeing you turning a piece of wood to a lovely sculpture! So much job, so much precision, so much effort but at the end a great result! Video editing, viewing angles and close-ups gave me so much satisfaction on watching! Your walk in nature is giving us a great sense of turning from winter to spring. The melted ice, the birds voices and the tress growth! You are a great director too! Love watching your videos! I will never stop saying so! Thanks for sharing! Keep it up please!🙂 Now please forge a gooze which will be the mother of this egg😃😉😁
As a maker of many things I appreciate people who step outside of their normal routines from time to time and show a different type of project. Very cool. Also, I can't wait to see your forged Easter egg.
Beautiful!!! What Wood?? Wow. Today is my birthday (73) and I can't think of a more enjoyable present than watching you make that gift for your daughter. Thank you from Washington state, USA.
Wow. Yet another superb creation from our master craftsman. I trust, pray and know your daughter will have been overjoyed with the finished creation. You are Indeed the tonic to cure us all In these turbulent times Torbjorn. Peace and Love to You and Your's Sir.
Is there any thing you can not do Sir . You are one of the most talented blacksmiths and gardener and woodworker and every thing else that can be done. Amazing. :)
Az ajándékot nem a boltokban kell keresni , hanem Torbjörn Ahman műhelyében!! Gratulálok a remek alkotáshoz, igazán boldog lesz aki kapja! Mindig élvezettel nézem a videóit, preciz-pontos-részletes ! Várom a következőt !!
Nice work! I've made dozens of egg boxes on the lathe over the years and the project is one of my favorite boxes. My chucking sequence is a bit different, but your box was great. Your daughter is a lucky girl.
Magnificent job, excellent! My late father loved wood turning, he spent years doing it and produced household items like lamp stands etc. He loved to use wood from mango trees because of its pattern, probably too cold in Sweden for mango trees to grow.If I could find some I’d send you over a log, it’s quite sought after. Top job, Regards from Down Under.
Personally, I believe it was more beautiful with the topcoat only, no black paint specks, but it is still an incredibly peaceful, methodical, informative build! Loved it!
Always a pleasure to watch your quiet, competent and frequently witty approach to your work. You have been literally inspirational to me. I'm busy knocking metal around at the moment and quite a number of your techniques are going into it. Good 'ealth mate. John Warner, Australia
Thanks for sharing! Looks great again. I hope, it`s not too late to wish you and your familiy a happy Easter! And thanks for some nice neighborhood impressions from lovely Sweden! Greetings from Germany!
Hi ! I watched all of your videos and have been a subscriber for a while, but never left a comment because I speak poor English. But your wood-turning videos are really informative, relaxing and very calming. More please ! ❤
Excelente maestro. Sigo mucho tus trabajos. Soy de Rosario, Argentina. Me gustan los vídeos de exteriores, los paisajes muy buenos. Me gustan tus herramientas. Saludos.
It is much like Russian wooden doll called Matryoshka. It is usually inlaid one into another several times, so it is doll into the doll into the doll and so on for about 7-8 times. Good work as always!
It´s wonderful, unfortunately, due to my disability, I can no longer do these things. But I'm really happy for your daughter! Happy Easter! Greetings from Thuringia, Thomas PS.: what happened to the tank chain?
Wait a minute, you're a blacksmith, now you're turning wood, now I think you're just showing off! Very cool and beautiful work and I bet your daughter just loved it!! What's the wood?
Next year I challenge you to forge one. It's got to be hollow too!!
That's a challenge!
#Doit!
He'll do it!
@@torbjornahman I'll be here waiting. That's quite the challenge.

The woodworking blacksmith gardener! I wonder what other talents he's been hiding from us?
Don't forget his cooking skills!

After reading the answers who knows. A man of all trades and it seems to be a mater of them all. I would like to see what his next talent will be.
It is always a treat to see one of your videos pop up! I especially enjoyed the bird watching "B roll" segment in this one.
