Every single price came from TCGplayer last week when I recorded this video 🙂 Prices have probably spiked this week with the DIO armory deck coming out.
High octane has been a $9-$10 card for at least a month. Everything has been steadily rising since the announcement of the new Armory deck. Excellent content, just thought others should know to expect to pay a bit more.
A good budget replacement for High Octane is Bios Update! If you want to spend a little more, Pulsewave Harpoon is a great card 🙂
