This is a chopper and should have a full tang. The way the handle is glued on is asking for trouble when doing heavy chopping.

The knife was sold on december 2019 and already been used until now. The tang is already thick and huge. The deer horn is very durable. My cust dont have problem on heavy task like chopping meat & bone. I also put 3mm safety pin through the ring brass and the hidden tang. I lost footage video on the safety pin and checkering scene. I will do my best on next video Hehe 😁👍 thanks for watching.

Diluar jangkauan pikiran saya...ini sangat Indah...setiap saya membuat dari sisa gergaji...pasti tajamnya soel..atau melipat..bagaimana cara membakar dan menyepuhnya agar tidak mudah rusak...hanya dicelup oli sajakah?

kalo sepuh oil mesti naik kan panas nya sampai kuning. kita di nusantara kebiasaannya hanya sepuh mata saja. lepas sepuh kita test kikir kawasan sepuh dengan kikir besi. kalo licin bermakna pisau kamu lebih keras dari kikir dan sudah lulus sepuhnya. kalau kikir masih melekat atau boleh makan besi kamu kena sepuh semula hehe. eh. pastikan pisau lepas sepuh disejukkan dulu sebelum test kikir.

I would recommend to put a pin in the handle so to not relay on just glue to hold the blade together

yeah. i did put 3mm brass pin on the handle but lost footage video on checkering patterns scene and handle safety pin scene. haha
