This is not, "a surprising moment". These type of episodes are happening to Joe more and more frequently. The American media is doing their best to cover it up. The Australian media has been having a field day with Biden's dementia issues.
This is scary, the leader of the free world can't make it off stage without being led by a chaperone, we have seen this many, many times. This is cruel and unusual punishment and they are making him run for a 2nd term while knowing he's mentally challenged (and that's putting it nicely). Why isn't someone intervening? If his people cared, they'd retire him, his time is over and it's playing out on the world stage . both sad and embarrassing
