I think she's weird for making the continuous promises and not delivering, but I also do think he was a little too timid for someone who took out a 10k loan, and that was relying on her word.

Some people care more about morality than legality. Nobody said she was legally obligated. We're talking about her character, not if she broke laws or not. Also verbal contracts in a lot of states are just as legally binding. They're just harder to enforce bc most people lie (Mikayla) and it's harder to prove. Although the texts prove she knew he expected a review from her like she had promised. She just kept lying to him. Not clearing it up, not telling him no, just dragging it out, lying. Costing him money. You live and you learn. Unfortunately people like Mikayla are constantly excused when they screw people over or lie. So the only thing they learn is that accountability isn't for them.
it was unwise of him to take a loan just based on her word because we all know all mikayla does is lying BUT if she didn't want to review it she should have just TOLD him instead of leading him on...
I 100% agree. Shouldn’t make a business decision like that based on good faith only. Needs to be in writing. Mikayla is shitty for leading him on but he’s also in the wrong for making a bad business move.
Yet her fans will ride her bullshit train all the way to her bank account like the level of her fan’s intelligence is truly terrifying bc anyone who’s a fan of her at this point has a low IQ. I said what I said

After taking out that 10k loan he took three weeks to question her on the issue. He should've kept pressing the issue and letting her know that he took out a 10k loan just for this video. he jumped the gun a little too early in my opinion, but I just wonder why she felt the need to lie over and over again to him. Both made some questionable decisions.
Like yeah, I feel bad that this guy's out $10,000, but I can't fathom why people keep setting themselves up to be tricked/lied to by her 💀 How do you not know better than that. Why would he assume Mikayla, chronically shady business woman, would do him a favor out of the goodness of her heart

Yeh this is on him. He knew she was shady ahead of the $10k loan etc. He took out the loan, that’s on him. He needs to get out of drama-tok and not rely on other larger-platformed creators to be his marketing. TT could be poof-gone tomorrow, so you gotta be able to advertise and sell your products independent of TT and other creators.
The dude totally used Mikayla! He’s not an amateur, he’s a former Mariah Carey assistant. He’s not an idiot, using drama to sell his product. WOW! He won ultimately from all this.
That’s what I was thinking. Maybe she tried it and she didn’t like it and thought well, I don’t want to ruin a small business so I’m just not going to do a post on it. 🤷♀️ it’s not like he sent her a contract saying she needed to review the product and she just never did.
If Mikayla is not giving a review maybe reach out to Jefree Star? Worth a shot? But also, I wonder how much traffic he's gotten from just people watching this video? At least now it's out there and people are still finding out about him! Some people say "any publicity is good publicity" controversial or not.....
She is definitely wrong for lying and leading him on but it’s unfair to put that 10k loan on her. He’s a grown man who made that choice, yea it sucked that she didn’t post the video but that’s a risk he took. What if she would have posted her review and nobody would have bought it, then what? Is that her fault?
Unfortunately I don’t think it’s Mikayla’s fault that he took a loan. And the end of the day no matter what she says she’s going to do, if she’s not in contract with him or the bazillion other indie brands that probably contact her daily then she’s not obligated to follow through. Plus what if she really did use his product she just did it for too long and it didn’t look good on her? I dunno, it’s shitty to repeatedly say you’ll review it but she really doesn’t have to.
trust me i totally agree that she doesn’t owe anyone anything, but she should’ve just been honest and said she didn’t want to do it. knowing he would want to be prepared for when she did her review… it’s just wrong and i feel bad for him. i hope he gets a good outcome!
What I don’t understand is why he would go ahead and order so many units of product, is he assuming that she is going to really love it and sell it to her viewers? What if she tries it and genuinely doesn’t like it? if there’s no contract in place, it just seems a little…
I'm NOT on her side however she is not obligated to review his product period. Did we ever think maybe she tried it and didn't like it so she doesn't want to make a bad review? You said she had a bad tan why cant she have a bad experience with your product? Or maybe she just doesn't want to I can't imagine how many people are in her DMs asking her to review their stuff
I'm not a fan of Makayla's but If she's reviewing the competition 4 days after his request it's very likely she was already contracted and signed to do the competitions review. I know she never discloses her endorsements but I'd say it's more than likely she's locked into contracts and can't just review everything she wants to?
Matthew should not have gone ahead with the loan without a guaranteed plug. She should have reviewed if she said she was. Tbh I can handle not being clear about ads, nobody is that happy with a mascara, but this is too far. The review of the rival is just duplicitous.
He knew what he was doing and now victimizing himself, since Mikayla has a bad rep, he used it to his advantage 💯% shady business , bet he sold out his product 😂😂
They’re both in the wrong here. She: should have flat told him she wasn’t Intrested in doing a video or just done one when she said she would. He: shouldn’t act entitled to her videos, never should have spent 10k without a written contract
I don't like Mikaela at all, but she didn't really owe him anything. Also what if she used it to try for the video, but then didn't like it but felt bad about it. Idk. I understand all the issues with her lying and not disclosing properly, but this one I don't understand. She shouldn't have told him yes, but it is not on her that he got a loan. It's not her job to sell his products FOR FREE! People act so intiteled. I hate to say this but I'm with Mikaela on this issue.
Why would he want a liar to review his product? Wild to me that he’s surprised she didn’t follow through. I would never purchase product with her word alone.
He took a risk thats not on her at all. However she has 0 integrity. Hes working hard to make his small business successful and shes just out here lying her face off every day.

Maybe she didn’t like it and just doesn’t want to say it, or she may have thrown it away and bluffed it. Either way she shouldn’t string him along
Really, this guy was so naive towards her "this poor girl, she is doing the best she can" LOL he might actually belived that she wasn't wearing falsies
In all honesty she really didn’t do anything wrong. With her track record this just makes her look bad.
my favorite part of the day, i love your content!
The dude totally used Mikayla! He’s not an amateur, he’s a former Mariah Carey assistant. He’s not an idiot, using drama to sell his product. WOW! He won ultimately from all this.
😂😂 YUP!!! He used her! So sad! Now she looks like bad guy! Wow
Exactly! He knew what he was doing and now victimizing himself, since Mikayla has a bad rep, he used it to his advantage 💯% shady business
Okay hear me out….what is his tan was bad and she didn’t want to put him on blast??
That’s what I was thinking. Maybe she tried it and she didn’t like it and thought well, I don’t want to ruin a small business so I’m just not going to do a post on it. 🤷♀️ it’s not like he sent her a contract saying she needed to review the product and she just never did.
At the same time, she needs to be more up front with people and not lead them on thinking that she’s gonna do a video
If Mikayla is not giving a review maybe reach out to Jefree Star? Worth a shot? But also, I wonder how much traffic he's gotten from just people watching this video? At least now it's out there and people are still finding out about him! Some people say "any publicity is good publicity" controversial or not.....
I am hardly on TikTok, and I don't wear makeup, so I only know about her through drama channels, but damn, how does this girl still have a career?!
It's not her fault he made bad business decisions without a contract.
What I don’t understand is why he would go ahead and order so many units of product, is he assuming that she is going to really love it and sell it to her viewers? What if she tries it and genuinely doesn’t like it? if there’s no contract in place, it just seems a little…
i wake up in the morning js to watch these n i enjoy it
She's actually innocent here she never said he should take a loan for 10k he made that decision bro is at least 30 he should have known better
It's kind of funny because I just watched spill tea video about this and now spill sesh in the video about this😅 but love this video
I'm not a fan of Makayla's but If she's reviewing the competition 4 days after his request it's very likely she was already contracted and signed to do the competitions review.
I know she never discloses her endorsements but I'd say it's more than likely she's locked into contracts and can't just review everything she wants to?
I wanna try his products !!! I think we all need to go try his stuff if we can ! ❤
I love how Mikayla was privately bashing the product she was publicly promoting 🤣 who's not surprised?
He’s foolish as hell for trying to do this with HER. yall are gonna learn one way or another.
Also there’s no contract?!? Insane.
where’s the link to this business owner’s tanner?
Mikayla lying WHATTTTTT I DIDN’T KNOW SHE WAS A LIAR….😂
Ohhh, and let’s not forget that before he took out the loan she had said she wasn’t reviewing indy brands anymore, so this is his fault 🤷🏻♀️
Matthew should not have gone ahead with the loan without a guaranteed plug. She should have reviewed if she said she was. Tbh I can handle not being clear about ads, nobody is that happy with a mascara, but this is too far. The review of the rival is just duplicitous.
Wait as a fair olive girlie I really want to try his tanner. I’ve never used self tanner bc I’m always scared it’s going to be too orange for me.
She's so messy it's only in a matter of time till she falls into obsecurity because no one is going to back her up when she needs it most.
He knew what he was doing and now victimizing himself, since Mikayla has a bad rep, he used it to his advantage 💯% shady business , bet he sold out his product 😂😂
Totally USED HER!! shady dude!!! 😂😂
Unfortunately Bad Karma for Mikayla , he totally used her bad rep for his gain and then some! Shady shady shady
Yup! He’s shady AF!!
if I were him I would have asked someone else. No one would have trusted her review anyway
The pill shake got me.
She posted it and basically called him a liar and that he "shouldn't rely on her for the success of his brand"
the fact that I had to check when this was uploaded to see if it was new drama or old drama involving her that I'd missed 💀💀
If any of you remember Jeffree Star asked her to come out to Casper Wyoming and play with makeup with him and she never answered him back
They’re both in the wrong here.
She: should have flat told him she wasn’t Intrested in doing a video or just done one when she said she would.
He: shouldn’t act entitled to her videos, never should have spent 10k without a written contract
I want this guys info so I can order his product
I want proof of life from the “winners” of her makeup contests. 😂
Makayla already responded to Matt’s tiktok, didn’t you see it or was this video made before that tiktok came out?
Matt shaking his meds and saying "YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE" is so relatable 😂
I don't like Mikaela at all, but she didn't really owe him anything. Also what if she used it to try for the video, but then didn't like it but felt bad about it. Idk. I understand all the issues with her lying and not disclosing properly, but this one I don't understand. She shouldn't have told him yes, but it is not on her that he got a loan. It's not her job to sell his products FOR FREE! People act so intiteled. I hate to say this but I'm with Mikaela on this issue.
It’s really simple if you don’t want to do something just don’t make promises
Spilly can you talk about the Shawtybae drama with wendy
Why would he want a liar to review his product? Wild to me that he’s surprised she didn’t follow through. I would never purchase product with her word alone.
HAHAHAHA SHAKING HIS PILL BOTTLES 🤣🤣
I hope better influencers come through and reviews his product publicly
lol she posted a video about it
He took a risk thats not on her at all. However she has 0 integrity. Hes working hard to make his small business successful and shes just out here lying her face off every day.
Thank you for reporting on this. I hope this man receives lots of orders after this and is able to pay back his loan 😢
I can't understand not only how this woman still has loyal followers, but also how anyone would believe her integrity after all the scandals she's got herself in again and again. It's baffling. And also pretty obvious she'll say nice things about whoever pays her, so... Sorry for this guy, but I would never believe her. I hope his situation is better.
SHE POSTED
Until people stop supporting her and she feels the pressure from losing sponsors and money, she won’t change.
bro did you see the vid she posted? saying he made up a bunch of stuff even though he posted screenshots
Honestly 🙏 i don't think he should have expected her to do this. He shouldn't have relied on her to review and sell...he shouldn't have taken out a 10k loan.
“I support small businesses” & “I will not be promoting indie brands because they can’t handle it” 🙄🙄
"Mikayla Nogueira exposed for lying"
Yeah and water is wet. What else is new?
I feel he's being very presumptuous, What would he have done if she disliked the product? He is the one who took out the loan before knowing the outcome.
i'm not blaming him fully cause i hate this woman too, but if she lied to you the first time (and has been proven a liar beforehand) why would you risk putting yourself in debt for someone like that?
Proud to say I was there as this unfolded for once 😂
Why is this woman still around?! Every other day she’s caught lying about something🤨
GIRL WHY DO YOU SOUND SO DIFFERENT
I'm not surprised that makayla lied, I'm just surprised that people still trust her😮
mikayla isn’t trustworthy… but he took out a whole loan “in hopes” of mikayla posting/reviewing a video? correct me if i’m wrong please!
