When you make a request or suggestion, you can add 吧 at the end.

It is great you noticed that. With 了 and without 了 both are correct. The one with 了 sounds more colloquial, used more in daily life. for example, 他最喜欢吃面条了。He likes to eat noodles the most.

I don't understand... Why in the sentence “我最喜欢在泥坑里玩儿了” we use “了”，and in the sentence “佩奇最喜欢在泥坑里玩儿” we don't?

Actually, these two sentences mean the same. 了 has many functions. one of them is kind of past tense indicator; another is the change of situation, this one does not have much meaning, just in spoken language, put 了 at the end, to add a little bit more emphasis, Peppa likes to play in muddy puddles.
