We once had a golden retriever with separation anxiety who would try digging out of the yard whenever we'd leave. We ended up burying some chicken wire along the fence (attaching it to the bottom of the fence then laid it out about a foot or so away). This made it to where he could only dig barely above surface level, never enough to squeeze himself under without being blocked by the wire. It's a nice option if not wanting to use concrete.
Ben has such an awesome purpose. I would say he has an awesome job, but I say purpose because what he is doing is much more than that, and it is something he loves. You rock, Ben!!!

For Poggers and Queeb, you could lay landscaping lumber down along the fence with a couple stakes going through them to keep them from digging at the base of the fence. Its what I did with my dog and shes never touched the fence since.
Great vid as always. You can bury some chainlink fence in the areas the dogs like to dig at and curve the chainlink up to the wood fence. Just keep an eye out for possible bloody paws
