This is just an overview of what I have already shown in the past on how to setup a flybar helicopter from scratch. I have already replaced the servos due to one of them being stripped out, and I have attached the gyro, Rx and battery to the helicopter as well as I put on the main blades so that I can set the blade pitch.

Hey, Tony! Flybar's are BACK! Camera helicopter's are switching from flybarless to flybar's because of the inherit stability. I have the Align photoship one gimbal setup on a T-rex 700 E. I am currently installing a F3C Align flybarred head assembly. I have a JR 770 gyro and matching JR ds 8900 G rudder servo to switch out for the AR7200BX. The flybar really help's , so you can control your camera. Let's see that 450 fly!

Yes you can have a lot of fun for not much money! I agree that upgrading the tail servo is a good idea. But the cyclic servos don't need to be so expensive. The whole idea of the flybar is to separate the energy in the head from the cyclic control. The blades rock in the sea-saw and the flybar stears the head through the mixing base and washout. I think the servos are also protected more in a crash? A FBL DFC head is connected directly to the swash!

Hey tony, I bought this straight with also a fbl tarot head and a tarot tail, an align gyro... Not planning on flying with the flybar, is my first 450 and I thought its fun to make a challenge haha, and im pretty sure it will be. About the servos, mine all arrived well. But i might still upgrade them. I have a little trouble setting it up on the radio tho, i feel I need to set something up because when I use elev, both front servos go up and down at the same time(!!!althou, no gyro setup yet so that my be the issue but idk) 120 degree swash set in the radio(using what I could find, a flysky i6x). Could be nice to see a vid where you upgrade to tarot head and tail(hdad will fit, tail is a blind pick hoping itll fit, but im sure it will)
Also im planning to unscrew and screw the body screws back in with threadlock, seem a wisr thing to do. Other than that, Im really excited. Havr a good one!

Hello , Could you tell me why my large gear is turning but no matter what I try , The bottom gear which is the drive gear won't turn. What could I be doing wrong. This is my first Heli . Thanks .
