Good job, but I was surprised you left the Mexican fan Palm seedlings. I saw the parent tree was previously removed, but those two seedlings were in a bad location even if you were wanting to leave them. As far as the pea gravel surface, I would have taken a propane weed torch and synged with fire the tiny seedling emerging.
Great looking clean up, customer can feel proud to come home to a nice looking yard again. 👌🤙👍

Yeah I’m firm on my price when it comes to maintenance, or first time clean ups.
