I wonder what would you say if the employee was white and told a black family to go buy to another cart. This is a clip of 53 seconds while a dude talks over with what he considers is correct. What is the context? Some people think that if the employee is irritated the customer should go buy to another place. Would you tell that to a black family while being recorded and then the video cut out to make you look racist? Are people saying that the black woman is not capable of handling customers or her emotions? Are both parties irritated and that is the reason why one is telling them to go while the other doesn't want to do it?

@@computeraidedyamino one was talking about race, this has nothing to do with race. It’s about a family full of dickheads harassing an employee. The fact you mention race shows how ignorant you are, that you only see the employee from her skin color and not a person being harassed and antagonized by a family. If I saw something racist I would highly agree but nothing in the video shows clear racism, just a man having a small ego.

Is the family white? I can’t tell from this video but it goes both ways. A black family doesn’t have the right to be shitty to a white employee. I would love to see the entire video because do you know the level of disrespect it takes to provoke a Disney cast member. I’ve seen some extremely shitty families of all ethnicities disrespect the cast member in person but I’ve never seen a cast member react like this.

She was fired. She posted the whole story in several tiktok videos.
Basically she was helping another family when these people rolled up and started snatching things off the cart and whapping them against each other like it was an swordfight. She asked them to put those back, not to touch her cart until she was done assisting the family that was already being helped, and to please be patient.
The entitled trash family flipped out at her, threatened the family who were there actively being helped by this worker until they took their kids and left, and only began recording once they had driven this poor woman into the proverbial corner with ludicrous disrespect.
Disney fired her anyway. People know that Disney will fire people for the tiniest infractions so they will go into those parks to "see who can end the most careers" in a certain time limit. Disney workers have to deal with the most loathsome, foul, disgusting human beings on earth and I can't imagine ever working there.

The moral of the story is NEVER take anyone’s side until you have the whole story.
The same can be said when you watch the news. Be mindful that what you see is what is reported to you, not necessarily the whole story. Regardless if any omissions are done with nefarious intent, you have to be critical of what you are told. Instead of getting your serious news from Inside Edition, you should get it from the likes of 60 Minutes. Even the latter itself has problems with the whole truth once in a while. Instead of immersing yourself with either Foxnews or MSNBC exclusively, watch both. You will see the biased nature of these “news” organizations. You need to reconcile the seemingly contradictory reporting from them. When faced with 2 extremes, the truth is always somewhere in between.
Take the coverage of Trump for example. If you only watch MSNBC, the Young Turk, and all these hyper partisan “news”, you will think Trump is the Devil and ALL his supporters are blind minions. If you only watch Foxnews, you will have the same idea about Biden. The reality is the majority of the people who vote for them do so with their collective noses pinched. It’s so unfortunate that the average voter has to choose the lesser of two stinkers. If you expose yourself with only partisan news, you will come to believe that these 2 men are Bondian supervillains when in reality they are just two human beings like you and me who just happen to have some temporary power of political influence, power that is not absolute. This is how extremist groups like Q-Anon and Antifa got formed. Their members believe in the extreme evilness of their enemies so they use that misbelief to justify their own extremist ideology as a equal counter weight. It’s stupid does what stupid is. Remember, Trump and Biden are just men. As such, they are still subjected to the law of man and nature. Biden cannot shoot lightning out of his fingers and Trump cannot beam fire out of his eyes.

@@Hinokami777 I don’t think it’s so much as “offensive” as it is frustrating to hear when someone uses “watch your attitude” after they’ve been the one to put you in a defensive state. Customers have a habit of using a pointed and angry tone with customer service representatives and employees when speaking to the employees and when that tone continues after an employee does their best to deescalate a situation or dispute it is very hard to keep your composure. Some people in the service industry can just power through it, but sometimes there are things going on outside of work or inside of work that when someone gets angry or upset and you feel that they’re taking it out on you that you do lose your composure because you’re just a person trying to do a job so you can pay for the things you need to be a functioning member of society. Albeit there are some customer service employees that do not have just a great attitude all the time, but if you’re someone who gets told by 9 people that you have a great attitude or your one of the nicest employees they’ve met and then someone who had a bad attitude at the beginning of a transaction hits you with “Watch your attitude,” it can feel like that person just wanted someone to take some frustration out on someone . It only adds another layer of frustration to the situation because 9 times out of 10 there are not very many repercussions against visitors or customers that escalate situations because most of all businesses and companies keep up the idea that the customer is always right and will do anything to satiate an angry customer even if the employee did their best and just got a little frustrated, and the employee is aware that a company can and will fire them for their frustration while the customer can go about their day and tell a one sided story about “that rude person” at “insert business, company, etc. name.”

They started getting heated and rude and that’s when she urged them to go to another cart.
They also made racially charged comments about her, saying you can take the girl out of the hood but not the hood out of the girl.
She eventually was able to leave the situation with the help of another cast member, and she was heard cursing saying something along the lines of “they got me fucked up” before going behind the scenes.
Disney has fired her for this situation that the guests have caused due to “breaking the Disney character.”
This cast member was a part of the Disney College Program which is basically a paid internship for students or recent graduates. Most of them live in dorms provided by Disney and getting fired while on the program means you have 24 hours to get out of the dorm.

If it's not available you have to call in every superior until they get what they want. Oddly enough I started giving small resort credit to get them to leave me alone, like $25, and they would spend more money on site because they felt like they got a deal so my GM encouraged us to do this for all non serious complaints like late check in or a character meal being fully booked etc. Literally sorry you can't meet Goofy tomorrow here's $25 dollars, some people are weird lol.
