Namely the spiders, and is one of the few bosses on Genocide who doesn't care about you being on Genocide. She charges so much money to afford a service to rescue her spider allies from the ruins, which would apparently be very expensive to prevent them from dying in Snowdin. Initially she seems somewhat materialistic and self serving, but she really only wants to help her people. In that sense she can be somewhat compared to Asgore, in that he wishes to provide protection and hope for all of monsterkind. Her, as an admittedly fuckhuge spider, wants to help all of spiderkind survive and thrive underground. She doesn't appear to care about the politics or the human souls, and instead only cares to raise money to help her people. To that end, once again, along with Papyrus, she is one of the few bosses that "Beats itself" if you simply hold on for long enough without doing anything special, and isn't really aggressive as much as she is "lied to" by either Mettaton or Alphys depending on whether or not you're on Genocide, and her turning on you is purely a misunderstanding as she couldn't care less whether or not you're a human.
