Ketsuryugan is a cut above sharingan 3 tomoe. 3 tomoe gives the user great clairvoyance, along with the power to use genjutsu and copy techniques. Ketsuryugan is seen to be able to control all things with a metal substance. (I.E. blood which it specializes in, and some metals.) not only that but it can also cast genjutsu with a glare and minimal strain, whereas the sharingan causes great eye strain.

well its a little less op than that, you have to have your chakra in their blood which you could achieve by either putting them under a genjutsu with the ketsyurugan and pumping your chakra through their circulatory system or making a knife with your blood and slicing them with it a couple times and getting your blood/chakra into them.then you can do whatever to them

Byakugan is my fav of all dojutsus, it really depends on the user how to use the Byakugan, imagine, u have rasengan, u can see which part is his weakness, plus high sensory, it can enhance ur techniques cuz u can use the Byakugan to find the enemy's weak spot.

Not only is Tenseigan way too low, but there’s some numbers counted twice lol.
Also a lot of these are filler only, which would be fine, but a lot of them, such as the non canon Mangekyo (such as fugaku) were never seen in battle either, and therefore we can’t know if it was good or not to begin with. Also madara’s Mangekyo didn’t offer any special powers like Amaterasu or anything, so just because the owner is strong doesn’t mean the eyes are. All we know they did was basically be a 3 tomoe susanoo eye.
