Sasori is so underrated because of his fighting style is not very spectacular (comparing to Deidara etc.) and because he was defeated by mere Sakura and Chiyo (which was a complete plot armored victory, Sasori actually surrendered himself)
we dont know how strong Kushina is and Fugaku who only got rumors hes super strong. Shisui we can say stronger just cuz he has susano'o and op genjutsu but I think Sakura can take Kimimaro especially after getting 100 healings.

Sasori is so underrated because of his fighting style is not very spectacular (comparing to Deidara etc.) and because he was defeated by mere Sakura and Chiyo (which was a complete plot armored victory, Sasori actually surrendered himself)
