Very nice shading! Have you ever done shading with blue Copic markers? I saw someone do it and it looks pretty cool. They even used it for shading on colored markers and not just on white.
Yes you can do whites with almost any color using this same idea :)
Sandy... How can I conquer my fear of adding really dark color for shadows??? You add the w8 like it's nothing and I see black!!! Your ending result is awesome but I can not make myself to use darker colors for shadowing.... Any advise is greatly appreciated!
It's all practice. Gradually use more contrasting colors; just go one shade darker than you think at first, then in a month go a little darker :)
