I saw these 2 at the Daytona Beach Airshow and they were fantastic. I would have sworn that there was a rod connecting the 2 with how perfectly these two pilots performed. Well done!!
Whilst it would be amazing to see an F14 fly at an airshow I would say the chances of it happening are very slim to non existent right now unfortunately. All of the ones that the US had have either already been scrapped or in such a condition that restoring them to flyable condition would be pretty much impossible. The only chance of getting an F14 in flyable condition would be to get one from Iran but that simply won't happen in todays political climate.
@@SaintlyTommyD Not true. There are perfectly conditioned F-14s including F-14Ds with less than 10 years on the airframe sitting in the boneyard and have been preserved.
@@2ZZGE100 that's great if that is true, everything I have seen on the Internet about the ones they have in the boneyard suggest that they have all had there "back broken" in a way that they will never fly again. If they still have some F14's in flyable condition why do they not get one or two of them out on to the airshow circuit? It's not like the demand isn't there because there are millions of people all around the world that would love to see an American F14 fly again.
@2ZZGE100 hey bro what's up, I'm surprised you thought that you could get a D model in good condition let alone any F-14...😂 no way like that commenter said they had their backs broken and through the grinder literally. There's a video with the LEGEND Snort Snodgrass out at the desert while this is happening. See ya around here buddy
How is it possible someone gave this a thumbs down? Such an awesome flight!!
Amazing show
I was at this show. I was 8 years old, but I remember it clear as day. Thanks for posting!
It was a once in a lifetime event!

Wow!
They really need to restore an F14 to flying condition so we can see such things in the future.
Yes, the F-14 is amazing!
