With Re resistor we will get stable DC biasing voltage(check voltage divider biasing circuit) for stable operation of transistor.. With Ce capacitor we will bypass the AC signal .. If we don't bypass the AC signal , the AC signal will lose some voltage (voltage drop) in Re resistor before reaching output.. Therefore voltage at output reduces.. Gain reduces.. So Re is important for biasing.. Ce capacitor for bypass the AC signal to the output.. Both are playing vital role

Your point is completely right! However you are missing one basic which is also not told by him. The value of capacitance is generally choose depending on the frequency. If you are operating a 100MHz(which is generally frequency of most electronic circuits) then even 1microFarad capacitance make Xc=0.

capacitors have values in order of micro. so how can you they have large values ...large enough to make xc=0?
