I still remember walking into toy stores back in the 90s and seeing walls of Hasbro WWF and Playmates TMNT action figures. That was paradise for a kid. Now, these days, kids only want iPhones and iPads.
Used to love the hasbro figures but lost my collection as a kid. Have just started to collect them again recently along with the new Mattel retro series alongside it :-)
You good the whole WWF Hasbro Collection. Respect. I just got 55 of them. I Love the Hasbros, so much Childhood Memory. ;-) Which is your favorite Figure?
The Classic Superstars line of action figures was always my favorites growing up, I used to spend all of my Christmas & Birthday money on them, long live The Jakks Pacific era.
I love your videos man, I've been going through your whole back stock for the past couple weeks. Keep up the great work! and defiantly do another video about WWF figures, this is one of your best.
My toy selling career started with Jakks wrestling figures. I will always love those guys. The Ultimate Warrior and Razor Ramon from the 1st series were always my favourites.
Dude I never comment on TH-cam but the quality of your videos has been increasing rapidly, great stuff! Can't wait to see one about all the accessories. :)
1:15; I'm confused. Those appear LJN style (pre-1989, according to this video). The rasslers are circa 1995. 2:32, 2:42; I used to play with those two exact action figures in the shower. I also had the red HBK. Interestingly enough, I grew up to be a straight male.
I remember those damn wire figures. Most of mine didn't even last a couple months without a wire spearing through the rubber and the whole figure was broken. Flimsy arm or leg. -_-
this was a simple video that laid out what I needed. Thanks. Hasbro's where the toys I played with the most. after 95 I do not think I did any wwf toys.
Unfortunately I didn't have too many of the WWF toys growing up. I had almost exclusively WCW toys except for Stone Cold, the Rock and Undertaker toys. My brother had the titantron and the Vince McMahon toy and I believe he had some WWF toys as well but again we both had a TON of WCW toys and the WWF Raw is War ring

OMG I had those thumb wrestlers! I actually thought they are pretty cool until my thumb wouldn't fit inside anymore lol. The only wrestling figure I had was the Undertaker. He would have his arm hooked and you can twist his waist for him to do a clothesline movement.
Your vids never fail to disappoint, loved all those figures, I grew up on the Hasbro ones in the 90s some were terrible, like Bret having his shades on or Hulk with his t-shirt on, Taker wearing his hat and The Mountie in full entrance gear!!! Lack of articulation meant guys like Hogan couldn't do his legdrop and so on but they will always bring back good memories, especially of going to car boots and finding them really cheap
Yeah it was incredibly lazy that they used the same moulds for multiple guys e.g Hulk and Bulldog, Jim Duggan and Barbarian Yeah I had the foot stomp Warrior cheap and nasty and a crap figure, I traded it for the Warrior that had the Hogan mould
I completely forgot until just now that I used to have one of those Hogan thumb wrestlers back in the day. I don't think I played with that toy very often.
I've always loved collecting figures and I still have my entire collection from when I was younger. My favorite lines were Hasbro and the original bone crunching action Jakks figures. I still collect wrestling figures today if they're a wrestler I really like. I recently just picked up the WWE Network Spotlight Shawn Michaels and the walgreens exclusive Shawn Michaels Figures. I think Mattel did the best job as far as detail goes. Like always awesome topic and video brotha thanks.
Damn that Titan Tron Live was so nostalgic I remember getting that for my 5th birthday. I felt so excited going to ToysRus with my family to get this and best of all it came with an included figure (which was Vince McMahon). Too bad it broke years ahead.
like our narrator the Jakks were the ones I ended up having the most of. But the Hasbros were awesome to collect. I still have a few of each on card. I no longer have all my loose ones but there weren't many I didn't have.
Awesome Video. I Love that History of WWF/WWE Wrestling Figures. I got lots of Wrestling Figures myself from HASBRO, JAKKS and MATTEL. In my eyes Wrestling was at his best in the 80s and 90s, woowww.... what a great time !!! What is your favorite Wrestling Figure Line? Let me know. Greetings from London ;-)
i never seen a andre the giant thumb wrestler or the guy with the hat and the army looking dude i forgot there name those 3 figures has to b super rare
Loved the LJN's and Hasbro's they're still my favorite. I started to collect the Jakk's figures for awhile and the WCW/NWO Ones that looked similar in the late 90's early 2000's. I forget what company made them but anyways after that I just got out of it. The figures started to become more like expensive statues rather than toys.
thats funny, i remember the ice cream lol and the AWA hadnaction figures before the wwf did.not only did they take all the AWA's talemt they took some of there ideas and perfecred them
I really enjoyed that video. I'm a huge fan of the old skool wwf. The Hasbro line still looks good to this day. I have alot of videos at my channel feel free to come and check it out
Hasbro was the last wwf toys I bought . Grew up and started chasing pussy . Stopped watched watching wrestling to . Didn't care much for the attitude era. started watching wrestling again in early 2000 .
I think Hasbro and Mattel have done the best. LJN sucked but they're great for nostalgic purposes. Jakks was good with the first few lines in'96. Some of the Bone Crunchers were horrible! The TTL series was shit, no real scale horrible figures. Jakks RA style figures were horrible. Nice scans and details on most especially the classic superstar series but over all the scale of most along with the typical 1 out of 3 body types used at the time, these were horrible figures and were to damn bulky! Unfortunately when these were on shelves I had some of them all at one time or another. To this day I still buy Hasbros and Mattel Legend releases. Cause WE ALL KNOW wrestling is dead so if its not a Superstar from the Golden Age or Attitude Era I DON'T WANT IT!
LJN Line: Ok But Very Limited Hasbro Line: Very Good Jakks Pacific: The Best Mattel Line (The Current Roster): Ok Mattel Line (The Legends Line): Awful
I didn’t mind Mattel line in terms of the current roster but the legends line was awful, Jakks line was the best, the Hasbro line was good and the LJN was ok
I still remember walking into toy stores back in the 90s and seeing walls of Hasbro WWF and Playmates TMNT action figures. That was paradise for a kid. Now, these days, kids only want iPhones and iPads.
I'm 12 and I don't even own a phone! I'm trying to stay a kid as long as I can!
Used to love the hasbro figures but lost my collection as a kid. Have just started to collect them again recently along with the new Mattel retro series alongside it :-)
donfontaine12 I have iPhone BUT only for watching things of my nostalgia and buying things of my nostalgia
@@ifuckinghatekpop6507 keep it up kid!
The Hasbro figures were the best...I lived only a few streets away from Hasbro and still have the whole set!
You good the whole WWF Hasbro Collection. Respect.
I just got 55 of them. I Love the Hasbros, so much Childhood Memory. ;-)
Which is your favorite Figure?
i still collect hasbros to this day, that way i can gain back some of my childhood lol
The Classic Superstars line of action figures was always my favorites growing up, I used to spend all of my Christmas & Birthday money on them, long live The Jakks Pacific era.
Can't wait for the WCW one!
I loved the jakks pacific era I grew up with the bone crunching and titantron live toys I had many undertakers, stone colds and Rocks
Seeing LJN is channeling my inner AVGN rage juju
Anyone remember the figures that would sweat lol
Those wwe ice cream bars were so damn good very nostalgic do they still make those for the newer wrestlers?
I know they brought them back at one point, I remember seeing them but that was a few years ago and I think it was for a limited time only.
WWE Discontinued them in 2005.
LJN: Let's Just Not.... even give them poseability.
Typical
great video!
do you know the name of the song that begins playing at 0:45?
I've always thought of the Mattel figures were smaller versions of the ruthless aggression line.
MICHAEL BRADSHAW 0 0
The Ruthless Aggression line was great and had a great logo.
I got the goosebumps when the jacks Pacific ones came out
Those ice cream bars are still the best I've ever had!!
Dude I never comment on TH-cam but the quality of your videos has been increasing rapidly, great stuff! Can't wait to see one about all the accessories. :)

I was addicted to the Classic Superstars during Jakks Pacific era of the toys!
Don't forget the WWF wrestling buddies... I had the warrior.. :-))))
I remember all of the 80s WWF Hasbro action figures wrestlers
I remember those damn wire figures. Most of mine didn't even last a couple months without a wire spearing through the rubber and the whole figure was broken. Flimsy arm or leg. -_-
this was a simple video that laid out what I needed. Thanks. Hasbro's where the toys I played with the most. after 95 I do not think I did any wwf toys.
They are Playing Rocky Maivia Old Theme song.. Lol

I'm still collecting WWF/E Video Games from NES to PS2
Your vids never fail to disappoint, loved all those figures, I grew up on the Hasbro ones in the 90s some were terrible, like Bret having his shades on or Hulk with his t-shirt on, Taker wearing his hat and The Mountie in full entrance gear!!! what was the song playing while you were showing the jakks figures I know it was someone's theme song at a time
The play set and ring in the year 97-98 I had them both.
Kane and xpac look badass!! 0:42
Awesome That's cool keep up the good work.
I had tons of Jakks Pacific toys, but only one LJN toy, a rubbery Iron Shiek.
I remember all of this I loved the launcher King Of The Ring
I completely forgot until just now that I used to have one of those Hogan thumb wrestlers back in the day.
I don't think I played with that toy very often.
I remember having that Jimmy Snuka solid rubber toy and my bro decided to mess with it using a sharpie.
Are you still making videos? I miss your videos!
Damn that Titan Tron Live was so nostalgic I remember getting that for my 5th birthday. I felt so excited going to ToysRus with my family to get this and best of all it came with an included figure (which was Vince McMahon). Too bad it broke years ahead.
Now entering the titantron!
I would buy it all again and play with them. I dare somebody to tell me I'm too old for it. I might lash out lol

Bone Crunching action series 1995-1999 was the best I still have about 300 of them
Jakks pacific changed the game with the titantron. I remember that was dope.

I still have a lot of mine and my uncle's Jakks Pacific action figures
I think you forgot the Bend EM figures from like 95-97.
There are a lot of lines that I didn't mention. It was just a basic overview. 😀

I had a Matt Hardy Tron Live Action Figure and he finally fell apart in 2019. I had Matt Hardy for close to 20 years.
Hasbro were the best!!!
Seems like ljn always came up short somehow
Thumbs wrestlers! Aha, great (I guess) memories

I have Shawn Michael's and Undertaker and a ring.
Hasbros or bust@!!@!
I had brutes the barber that had a spring to jump off the ropes. I did really love the ring for that series. It was much nicer than the Jakks ring.
I have the jim neidhart new foundation high energy prototype for sale
Bret hulk Hogan, undertaker are great
jacks was the best .
LJN making garbage what is new, lol.
SweetKicks Videos I Know Right Even AVGN Would Agree With You
Ljn Wrestling Superstars was the greatest wrestling toyline ever!!!! I don't care what anyone says.
LJN Line: Ok But Very Limited
Hasbro Line: Very Good
Jakks Pacific: The Best
Mattel Line (The Current Roster): Ok
Mattel Line (The Legends Line): Awful
To short compared to other videos on topic
The mattel figures are terrible in my opinion. I prefer the ruthless aggression, adrenaline or the titan tron live figures.
have you actually seen them in hand, and for that matter Jakks Pacific is notorious for nickel and diming the line into the shits
fartsnstuf I'm just giving my opinion. Also I do possess a WWE Mattel figure.
Carl Hicks
Jakks are notorious for making bad decisions
I didn’t mind Mattel line in terms of the current roster but the legends line was awful, Jakks line was the best, the Hasbro line was good and the LJN was ok
I like WWE
io della world wrestling federascion ho ultimet warrior
Jack pisfick was awesome better than the wcw hard plastic moveable joints wcw made
hasbro were the best
I got the 80s ones. 90s suck
