I am not doing anything this weekend, and I am fine with that. My son and his family are going over to his Mother-in-law's house today, so the grandkids will be swimming in the other "Nana's" pool today! They Love her pool! 😂
That's a bummer about the grilling out rules... yeah, grilling in a parking lot does not have the same fun feeling as being in your personal area, at your home!! 😐

I love that shop. They have great items and the owners are so nice! I don't go often because I know I'll always spend money there, but I keep them in mind if I want something specific or if I take a friend there. As for the weekend, it's nice to have a quiet one once in awhile, too. I hope you have time to relax and regenerate! 💜

Love your date recipe, can't stop eating them. With how much you love repurpose / recycle, you should check out the craft of junk Journaling. I started my adventures into it about six months ago and find it to be an awesome craft.

Hi it’s so good of you to recycle the bags. Those little organza bags I use those half filled with potpourri or lavender and I hang them in my wardrobe and put them in my drawers, just like my Grandma used to. What a sweet little shop. The chilli looks delicious I do my in the slow pot too. xx
That is a cool idea of how to use those bags. I like using my crock pot to be able to get things cooking, leave it, and come back later when it's done to eat. ☺

We are having a quiet weekend, grilling. I would not be happy about your grilling rule, we grill most nights in the summer but live in a single family home. I didn’t get tomatoes planted this year so will rely on our local farmers who have an abundance.

I did see your recipe this morning, thank you! (I was behind on checking my emails.) Yeah, we used to grill every weekend in the summer. I miss it. I was thinking I might get a couple of tomato plants and red bell pepper plants. We'll see what this week brings. I think I'll make more of an effort to go to farmer's markets this summer, too. ☺

I'm sorry your sister broke her hip. I'm sure she is very happy that you are able to help her out. I stayed with my mom for a month when she had hip replacement surgery so know that is a lot of work. I pray she heals completely and quickly. 💜🙏
